My mother-in-law's dog had puppies a couple of weeks ago and she brought over two of them so that DJ could see them. They are very cute and DJ just loved having them at the house for a few minutes.

I liked how you qualified that sentence. "She brought them over for a little while" not we got a new dog. I say it is still a good mom that lets her kids pet the puppies but chooses not to have to clean up after anyone(thing) else right now.
CUTE! Growing up, we always had puppies around. We bred and sold them. They were so fun! :)
